Petition statement

There is a black & white cat wandering around my back yard. This is an affront to my private property and personal freedoms.

The cat is strutting around like he owns the place, digging small holes (probably eating my potato bugs while he's at it) and I can almost guarantee he has pooped back there.

I request action be taken against the black & white cat and any other non-native creatures that enter a person's backyard unwarranted.
