Please sign this petition to complain against Britains corrupt complaints proceedures.
Our son aged 11 has been bullied continualy for four years in Ludgershall Wiltshire and the complaints proceedures set in place to help this matter are corrupt.

I hope you would agree that a complaints procedure is an absolutely necessary thing to have in place in any public service organisation. There must always be a safety net for the public and a means to complain and get a resolve should things go wrong.

I have found a very serious flaw in the complaints system of almost every public and government service which needs urgent reconsideration because it is destroying the complaints process completely. Some might call this red tape I am calling it dishonest bullying.

We have in society many organisations working together and sharing data. The police work closely with the housing associations and councils and the schools and children’s services. If a person makes a complaint about the police in their area for any particular reason the staff from these other organisations join in to help them. The police and the local housing association in our area share offices and the police even have their own office in our local secondary school so all this information is being shared across the board between those partners. In some respects this is good but in others it takes away a person’s ability to use the complaint system fairly and I will explain why.

We complained about the police for not dealing with hate crimes against our son. The local housing association SARSEN HOUSING has now started harassing us over minor issues. This happened in the past when we had filed complaints about the police and the primary school headmaster. Other tenants in the area are not being harassed in the same way we are. We complained about the school headmaster at the primary school because after more than 30 requests for him to deal with one boy who was continually bullying our son, he had still not implemented an adequate anti bullying policy.

The partners to his school like the police, housing association, the council, children’s services, even auxiliary staff and staff from the local secondary schools became involved at the invitation of that headmaster and they then used their resources to put pressure onto us by giving us more problems after we made a legitimate complaint about him for not doing his job properly.

This is just the tip of the ice berg. If there is no workable complaints procedure, the bosses of these organisations can do what they wish and what is more worrying is that they are doing exactly that. All these people are manipulating the complaints procedures and it has become almost impossible to use a complaint procedure to get a problem solved. We have copies of minutes from a meeting brought by the school which they wrote an invite to us telling us a multi party meeting was being organised to help deal with our complaints. The internal message was the meeting was organised by the police to stop us from harassing the headmaster about our son being bullied. In other words the police were using the meeting to try and trap us into a situation of us breaking the anti harassment laws. The fact our son had suffered four years of continual bullying meant nothing to them. At the same time as this we were being harassed by all these organisations in one way or another. There message is that if you complain you can expect them all to gang up on you. That is not fair it is dishonest it is corrupt and it is still happening to our family right now!

We have been told by the police that matters of hate crimes both in school and out, should and will, be dealt with by the primary school headmaster. Our son is now at secondary education stage so we do not communicate with the primary school headmaster any longer. However his first reaction to dealing with complaints we made about him was to involve as many third parties as he could find in order that they would use their powers to aid him and work against us. We were even threatened with our house tenancy being revoked over issues that should never have involved the housing association. The Wellington Academy sent their staff to the multi party meeting organised by the primary school head master but it was nothing to do with them at all. They even involved a Wiltshire police inspector who tried desperately to get us to attend but we refused any such kangaroo court. After all it was us making the complaint about the school not the other way around. That school headmaster refused to even accept he was being complained about and the governors of that school might as well have been deaf when it came to our complaint being heard.

These are the reasons the bullying of our son has not been stopped for four years and it is the reason the principle of the Wellington Academy involved the police over the minor issue with Bethany ****. There have been many far more serious events involving assault and deliberate injury at the Wellington Academy that have not had police involvement. There have also been far more serious breaches of tenancy rules in Sarsen properties than we have ever been guilty of. Sarsen picked on and harassed us over minor issues for years but other tenants are free to break these rules as they wish. The police used child protection officers to deal with the minor allegation made in school by Bethany ****, how ridicules when our suffered a serious sexual assault by a group of boys in Tidworth and only the local policeman became involved and gave just a few words of advice. The governors of the primary school rubbished our complaints and only used their powers to back the school headmaster, so did the education people and the children’s services. So now the police want to give our son a criminal record and ruin his life because he having a record weakens the credibility of his evidence against them, it makes the complaints I have made against the police weaker and of less substance.

I believe the Principle at the Wellington Academy is working in harmony with the police he has used the Bethany **** matter to give the police a chance to fire back at us and to help them in the same way as I spoke of in my earlier paragraphs in this document. This was an act of helping ones partners to wash away complaints made against them. It is the principle of the academy taking sides with partners without considering the legitimacy of our complaints made against the partners of the academy. He had no right to use matters from inside his school to help the police discredit our son for complaining about the years of bullying he has endured only because the police have failed in their duties towards him. There is evidence to support my claims and those matters will be looked into in the greatest detail.

I believe I have uncovered a whole new can of worms and at the same time discovered why the country is wound up in so much red tape. Britain is broken and these are some of the reasons why it became broken in the first place. Britain is now a state of departmental dictators hiding under the umbrella of a democracy. Both my wife and I know exactly why we have been treated in this way and this document gives a broad explanation but we do not know how to correct it. We have spent four years continually fighting with these department bosses who have stuck together like glue and all worked together against us using public funds to look after each other’s personal interests rather than treat our complaints with fairness.

Filling a complaint in this country is no longer a viable way of solving issues. Complaint procedures are not a practical way of having a legitimate complaint heard or dealt with as the complaints procedure will almost certainly be corrupted. That is now the way of Britain.
