Petition statement
This man pleads a very good case. He'll hlp you maintain your property, paint, redo the floors while he lives there, etc., etc. etc. Don't fall for it. I rented my family home to him. He NEVER paid a penny of rent, ruined the property, caused $8,000 in damage. It took us 4 months to evict him. He had every excuse in the book, and even showed up to the eviction hearing with a fake limp and doubled over in 'pain'.
He has an arrest record in 3 states (Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New Hampshire) for FRAUD, Stealing and cashing pension checks, FORGERY, stealing and forging checks from people's mailboxes. He's a liar and a theif. In addition he smokes pot in the house and lets his dogs crap all over the rugs, locking them in our children's room for the weekend. DO NOT RENT TO THIS THIEF.
